Call Centre Confirmation Agent (Cape Town Northern Suburbs)
Our client in the Debt Collection Industry is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their Tracing and Confirmation Team. This job entails contacting a variety of role players in order to confirm and obtain important information regarding the contact and residential address details of the debtor in order for them to be contacted by our collections and legal departments.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Working on various accounts while updating the system with new information and actions taken;
Contacting debtors, employers and related role players to confirm the employment status, salary, payment dates, contact details and other relevant information pertaining to the debtor;
Working within a team while reporting to the team leader to achieve individual and team targets;
Corresponding with internal departments to assist them in obtaining urgent information required in order for certain legal actions to be preformed.
Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Recognised Qualification
1-2 Year Minimum Experience in a Call Centre / Administrative / Service Role
Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
Language Proficiency in English
Other Official South African Languages are advantageous
