Customer Service Consultant (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town)
Our client is a very successful business operating in the decor market, specialising in window coverings including blinds, shutters & curtains. Their ever expanding business requires a vibrant and dynamic Customer Service Consultant with 0 - 2 years' experience to join their team. This individual must be a excellent communicator, must have good negotiation and customer service skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Visiting potential and existing clients to advise and prepare quotes based on their needs;
Doing assessments and measurements while on premises to ensure that the correct measurements and details to prepare the quote is captured;
Communicating with colleagues to ensure that all meetings are confirmed in advance;
Conveying the needs of the client to the installation crew to ensure that they understand the needs of the client and that the requested installation is viable;
Completing reports, travel logs and ensuring that all relevant details are recorded as per management's instruction.
Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
Own, reliable transportation and Driver's Licence
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate with good marks in Mathematics or Accounting
A Technical Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous
0 - 2 Years Minimum Experience (On-the-job Training will be provided)
Excellent Written and Spoken Communication Skills in Afrikaans & English
Ability to work daily on Microsoft Office Products, including Word & Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Hard-working and enthusiastic
