Customer Service Agent (Human Resources) (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town)

This role requires a candidate who has very high morals and values since our entire process emphasises integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate has a firm understanding of basic Human Resources and Recruitment processes while being able to work with a variety of clients, albeit job seekers or employers.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Attending to customer interactions (advising, assisting and guiding) with the company via phone, e-mail, social media and in person;

  • Confirming appointments between role players to ensure service delivery, interviews, training and meetings;

  • Collecting information from clients and adapting templates in order to prepare documentation requested;

  • Assisting with recruitment related duties, including conducting interviews and doing reference and background checks;

  • Manage reports and schedules to ensure that all activities are recorded and information is available for processing on a monthly basis;

  • Work with a monthly target and driving customer interactions on a target basis;

  • Confirm information with various role players;

  • Working on various systems, online and computer based;

  • Reporting to the Operational Manager to ensure that quality standards are met.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma majoring in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources

  • Excellent Communication Skills (English, written and spoken)

  • Integrity, a clear understanding of and commitment to high morals and values

  • Above Average Computer Literacy (Basic Word, Excel and cloud based programs knowledge)

  • Target driven
