Responsibilities include the following:
Attending to customer interactions (advising, assisting and guiding) with the company via phone, e-mail, social media and in person;
Confirming appointments between role players to ensure service delivery, interviews, training and meetings;
Collecting information from clients and adapting templates in order to prepare documentation requested;
Assisting with recruitment related duties, including conducting interviews and doing reference and background checks;
Manage reports and schedules to ensure that all activities are recorded and information is available for processing on a monthly basis;
Work with a monthly target and driving customer interactions on a target basis;
Confirm information with various role players;
Working on various systems, online and computer based;
Reporting to the Operational Manager to ensure that quality standards are met.
Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma majoring in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources
Excellent Communication Skills (English, written and spoken)
Integrity, a clear understanding of and commitment to high morals and values
Above Average Computer Literacy (Basic Word, Excel and cloud based programs knowledge)
