Our client in the Debt Collection Industry is looking for a Call Centre Debt Collection Agent to join their team on a 3 month contract basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Contacting debtors to make payment arrangements, ranging from settlements to promise to pay arrangements;
Working on various accounts while updating the system with new information and actions taken;
Liaising with various role players in the company, including the legal and confirmation departments, as well as relevant external role players;
Working within a team while reporting to the team leader to achieve individual and team targets.
Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Recognised Qualification
1-2 Year Minimum Experience in a Call Centre / Debt Collection Role
Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
Language Proficiency in English
Other Official South African Languages are advantageous
