Our client in the Financial Services Industry has an exciting opertunity available for a Human Resources Manager to join their team while independently managing the HR function for a large business division, while reporting to the national HR Director.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Recognised Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources
3 Years HR Management experience
Patience, persistence & perseverance
Excellent organisational skills
Basic coding background would be advantageous
Excellent communication & reporting skills
Language proficiency in English & Afrikaans
